Product Summary

The HCPL-0531 is a Dual Channel, High Speed Optocoupler. The HCPL-0531 contains a pair of light emitting diodes and integrated photodetectors with electrical insulation between input and output. Separate connection for the photodiode bias and output transistor collectors increase the speed up to a hundred times that of a conventional phototransistor coupler by reducing the basecollector capacitance.
