Product Summary

The BTS4880R is a Smart Power High-Side-Switch. It is applicated for output driver for industry, and all types of resistive, inductive and capacitive loads. In addition, the BTS4880R is applicated for µC or optocoupler compatible power switch for 24 V DC and replaces electromechanical relays and discrete circuits.
